    We’ll check things each month, providing backups, event logs, software or driver updates, and virus scanners. And if your resident tech runs into a problem they don’t have time for or can’t resolve, we’ll connect remotely and address the issue at hand.

    This tier is a perfect way to test out our full range of services. You’ll pay a predetermined monthly fee based upon the devices we support, but if you need us to come on-site, no problem! By committing to regular monthly remote support, you are eligible for reduced hourly rates and our highest priority response.
